Respite Sitter - Sessional

Hours of work are variable for daytime/evening/weekends over 7 days – degree of flexibility essential.

You will provide a high quality interactive educational fun respite sitter service either within the family’s home or free activities within local community to children aged 0-16 years, usually lasting 4 hours.

In addition, you will participate in review meetings with families and work closely with the Respite Co-ordinators in order to provide quality childcare to meet individual family needs. Successful applicants will be members of the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups). Disclosure cost will be met by Geeza Break.

SVQ Level 2/3 in Child Care or equivalent essential.
Must be a Non-Smoker.
Full Driving Licence and use of a car preferable.
